Over 40% of apples that are grown end up wasted, often due to superficial browning from bruising and slicing. Beyond how it was developed these are trees that now grow this fruit each year for the marketplace. We also learn a bit of about the smell when you open the bag vs. the competitors and how to use these apples in recipes inside the kitchen.
