Description

Beebs & Quayle welcome the incredible Jack Gardiner to the podcast to talk about playing Satch-n-Vai songs on tour with Stu Hamm, China Crisis, his current projects and upcoming E.P. There are some Beebee nerd questions in the middle before the big topic.. The guys revisit the area of mental health and musical identity in light of Jacks’ recent (and excellent) YouTube video, where in he opens up with his struggles of the of the last few years and recent return to social media. This is a wonderful episode and I (Beebs breaking the wall here) want to thank Jack for having such an open, honest conversation about this stuff. The previous episode we did on this, 52. was of tremendous help for my own inner workings (Beebee breaking the wall here) and judging from the feedback and response to it, was relatable and helpful for many of you out there. We pick things back up here framed around Jack’s experience, however the conversation is multifaceted and the result is a rich discussion on the ups, down and managing when the wobbles come. Thanks dude.
