The Panthers bring in another safety after agreeing to terms with Eric Rowe.

The Bears signed EDGE Rasheem Green, formerly of the Texans, to a one-year contract.

The Buccaneers signed safety Ryan Neal to a one-year deal. Neal made 10 starts for Seattle in 2022 and recorded 66 tackles (45 solos) and 4 tackles for loss.

The Jaguars restructured SS Rayshawn Jenkins' contract and freed up $5.1 million in cap. Jenkins had a career-high 116 tackles (73 solos) in 2022.

The Panthers signed LB Kamu Grugier-Hill, and the 2021 waiver wire darling finds another new home.

The Falcons acquired DB Jeff Okudah from the Lions in exchange for a 2023 fifth-round draft pick. 
ESPN's Jenna Laine reports Buccaneers LB Devin White has requested a trade. Per Jeremy Fowler, White has been frustrated with Tampa in extension talks. Adam Schefter says the Bucs don't want to trade White.
