Rachel makes and sells a variety of beauty and cosmetic products. We talk about how her line of products came from a need that she had which has now expanded to a whole line of products and continues to expand.
Rachel also candidly shares how she prepared to start her journey on Etsy by doing her own market research (and continues to do so) and explains how new Etsy can do the same.
Rachel shares her strategy for promoting her and how she grows and uses her mailing list. We also discuss in detail the charity organization that she has chosen to support with a portion of the proceeds from her Etsy sales... Very inspiring!
