A new week has landed and the Oilers officially clinched home ice for the first round, which meant there was a whole lot to talk about on the Monday episode of the Real Life podcast.To kick off the Monday episode of Real Life, the guys got started with an array of topics that ranged from betting on the Masters to the Oilers to trying to figure out who Edmonton will face in the first round of the playoffs. With the randomness out of the way, the guys discussed the argument that Tyler started on Twitter that suggested block cheese is significantly better than pre-shredded cheese. With that out of the way, the guys got back to some Oilers talk as we still do not know who the boys will be facing in round one. Depending on how the next few games play out, the list of potential opponents the Oilers could face only seems to be getting wider. With that in mind, the guys spent some time on which team they would prefer to play in round one, not only for the series itself but also for the potential travel plans. Lastly, the guys wrapped up the Monday episode of the podcast with a conversation about jerseys after a rumour came out on Twitter that the Oilers would be going back to their navy uniforms in the playoffs instead of the beautiful royal blues.  Hosted on Acast.
