Today I am joined by Jessica Perjes. Jessica is the co-owner of Tacotlan, a family-owned restaurant located in Chicago that she runs with her father, Everardo Macias. Tacotlan has been in business since 2018 and is currently in growth mode. Jessica’s background has been in sales, specifically recruitment software sales but she has found a way to make her sales experience work for her when it comes to selling tacos.
