It is safe to say that last night was not great for the Edmonton Oilers. They fell 2-1 in a shootout versus the Philadelphia Flyers; however, if it was not for Stuart Skinner then it could have been much worse for the Copper and Blue. The Oilers rookie goaltender finished with a 0.972 save percentage after stopping 35 shots. Also, today marks the one year anniversary of the hiring of Jay Woodcroft.
