DARCY:  I was like that kid that people would say, ‘oh, you know, maybe Darcy wants to stay over for dinner or maybe Darcy would like to go camping with us.’ I sometimes wonder about those parents, like if they had any idea of what was going on.   When Darcy Alexandra finally turned 18 she left behind the violence in her home for good.    DARCY: I'm going on without you. And it was just the sense of like, I've got to live my life. I need to go this way. And I would love for all of you to come with me, but I don't think you're going to come with me.
