Description

Baseball is finally upon us and today we're breaking down all the storylines that came out of MLB opening weekend! We had a couple viral moments this weekend with Hunter Renfroe's "great" catch and Anthony Rendon swinging at a fan. We're also addressing the 2023 rule changes and talking about how we feel they've affected the game so far through the first weekend of the year. The Padres spent AGAIN and signed Jake Cronenworth to a 7-year extension which leads to conversation about how spending in MLB. Of course, it wouldn't be an episode of Baseball Is Dead without a little Shohei Ohtani talk as we try to figure out who his next team might be. We're also reacting to pace of play before Jayhay drops some rapid fire nugs, then WE GONE!
