Description

Husband and Wife cover Job chapter 3: Job Bewails His Birth. In a stunning turn, Job curses except God, which, you know, kinda goes against the grain of the message we've all been told about my dude. Job is like that goth teenager dressed all in black who says, "Ugh, I wish I'd never been born!" He's really turned up about this timeline. But... "Did he say it?" No, Sarah did NOT wish the Goblin King would take baby Toby, and Job did NOT specifically curse God. mmmkay sure right. (They both totally did tho. Husband and Wife are two non-believers who have always wanted to read the Bible. Why would we subject ourselves to this you might ask? From our perspective it helps us understand where the Christians around us, here in the Midwest, are coming from when they quote the Bible at us. Husband is basically an Atheist and wife leans Agnostic but mostly Atheist and we're just having some fun at the Bible's expense while learning more about what our neighbors claim we're going to hell over.
