Are the Boston Red Sox underrated this year?
NESN’s Lauren Willand and Jake Ignaszewski look at the Locked On power rankings for all 30 MLB teams this year. The Red Sox came in at No. 21 and the two wonder whether that’s too low, and also look at a few teams that were ranked higher than the Red Sox that probably should have been ranked a tad lower.
Lauren and Jake then look at Masataka Yoshida’s strong World Baseball Classic after Team Japan took down Team USA in the WBC championship game.
Later, ESPN’s Eduardo Perez and Karl Ravech answered Jake’s question and they bring up the Red Sox as an underrated team.
