Kerry Carpenter is an outfielder and designated hitter with the Detroit Tigers. He was selected in the 19th round of the 2019 MLB Amateur Draft by Detroit and made his MLB debut on August 10, 2022.  In 98 minor league games in 2022, he hit .313 with 30 home runs and was named Eastern League (AA) Player of the Month in May.
