Coleman Jones is from a small Northern California town; one of those places many only dream about leaving. He was raised through hard work; cleaning cars, hammering out dents and painting vehicles, but he had a passion for more. Coleman's path out of the small town was through a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from CSU Chico. He married his high school sweetheart a week after graduation and moved to the Sacramento region where he joined Rudolph and Sletten, Inc., one of California’s largest and most respected commercial contractors. Throughout his 11 years with R&S, Coleman managed several award winning restoration projects, medical facilities (including OSHPD), data centers, corporate campuses, tenant improvements, demolition and abatement, and several more challenging projects.
Fast forward more than a decade and they’re still loving the ride; raising two amazing boys and being blessed with the opportunity to adopt their niece.  Focused on family, faith, and hard work, Coleman enjoys honing his ability to help people and organizations realize goals and needs.
