Description
It’s official. Senate has voted to reject D.C.’s criminal code reforms. The President has said he’s going to sign it, which means this will be the first time in 30 years that Congress has rejected a duly enacted D.C. law. NBC Reporter Mark Segraves joins us to talk about how we got here, and what it means for the fight for statehood.
