What is freedom of speech in America?  "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."  It would seem that we do have a problem.  Facebook and any other corporations are not the Government.  That being said they produce the most speech in America between Americans.  The internet has put a new and challenging spin on what freedom of speech can be applied.  Do we need to regulate the corporations who do business in the nature of speech to be held to the same standards as the government?  The news is protected why is not the social media platforms held to the standard and protection of publishers who have the right to publish anything under the 1st amendment freedoms.?  Yes speech can hurt and incite negative actions that up to the highest crimes has been associated with a person speech.  So in some aspects speech should be regulated for the greater good of humanity.  What then if a tyrannical government does take over?  We do see that Trump in his reenactment of the act protecting government property with a 10 year minimum was also not a violation of free speech?  There is a lot to unpack here, lets think about it!
