Dr. Daniel Chao reviews the case of a 35 year old male who reports a 3 year long history of burning, substernal, non-radiating chest pain that typically lasts 2-3 hours. There is no association with dyspnea. The pain is not provoked by excursion or movement. He takes over the counter antacids that provide partial relief.
