Description

Jesus’ life truly changed the whole world. Did you know that? Jesus’ life changed the whole world. The minute He was born things were different. And the minute He died, things were different than before. But, have you ever stopped to think about WHY He came?  Why do you think He came and lived on Earth? Why didn’t He just stay in heaven where it’s perfect and wonderful? Well, the second half of John 10:10 Jesus says, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” Another version of the Bible rewords this verse to say, “I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.” ....  Alright, ready to talk through some things? You can pause after each question and discuss. And there’s no wrong answer to these. The point is to get conversation flowing. So, don’t overthink it! 1.     Okay, your turn to tell me…why did Jesus come? 2.     John 10:10b told us that Jesus came so that we would have life and have it to the full. What does it look like for you to have a full or abundant life in Jesus? 3.     So what’s your response? Like if you know that Jesus came for you to have life and not just any ole life, but a full life, how do you respond to that truth? One last time before we sign off, let’s practice our verse together. You can repeat after me. “I have come - that they may have life, - and have it to the full.” – John 10:10b * Music: "Forest" by Vlad Gulschekno
