Norio Hayakawa, was the director of Civilian Intelligence Network, a loosely-knit citizens’ oversight committee on government accountability. He is perhaps best known for his UFO investigations in and around New Mexico and the American Southwest. A veteran of the field, he has been involved in Ufology since around 1961. Norio is the subject of the fascinating new documentary THE CONSPIRATOLOGIST from filmmakers Stephen Bradford & Justin Jay Jones.
