The film premiered at TIFF 2022. Shamier Anderson was born in Toronto and has two younger brothers, one, Stephan James, who is also an established actor and the other in the military. He has starred in series such as Wynonna Earp, Invasion and can be seen next on the big screen in John Wick Chapter 4.
