In this edition of Locked on Capitals Dan talks about the Capitals loss to the Carolina Hurricanes in the Stadium Series game. This was a great opportunity on a grand stage to show what the Capitals had in the tank and ultimately came up short. Washington is now in a four-game losing streak and have won just three of the last 10 games. This past was an important week to gage if this team should be buyers or sells as we approach the trade deadline on March 3rd. It's my belief that given the fact that There are 24 games left in the season and they’re just out of playoff position that the Caps would be best to be sellers.
