I've got everything covered, all you have to do is go out there and talk to that audience. I know you hate it so much but I know you'll be ok, do you need the mantra?
I definitely struggle with public anxiety and sometimes I tell myself this mantra and for some reason it makes me feel so much better. I hope it can do the same for you!
