The pacific northwest of the USA is known for its great footy scene and most know the Portland Timbers and Seattle Sounders when they think of the regions teams.
There is however a movement stirring in the lower leagues of U.S Soccer and that is of the supporter owned club.
This week on the AHO show we got together with Luke Babson - founder @ PDX F.C to talk us through what it's like to build a supporter owned team with investors of all sizes coming in from all over the globe to support this grassroots project.
It's truly a modern story of how global the game has become which is driving hyper local groups to build community teams and how it's done.
