The Louisiana High School coaching carousel has been an interesting one to watch since mid-November and one of the biggest names there was coach David Simoneaux who was the Head coach of the Catholic High Bears home to LSU OT Emery Jones and WR Shelton Sampson Jr. Coach Simoneaux suprised the football community by leaving his job as the HC of the Bears and becoming the head coach of the Central High Wildcats. He brought in his high school teammate and one of his best friends, Anthony Camp as the defensive coordinator!
