Super lawyer Tom Girardi was today been indicted for wire fraud, twice in two different states, California and Illinois.Joining him is his former CFO, Christopher Kaman, who has been previously arrested, and his son-in-law lawyer David Lira.In Chicago, the former super lawyer was indicted on eight counts of wire fraud. In Los Angeles, it’s five counts of wirefraud.The California case alleges a loss of $15million. In Illinois, it’s $3million in losses from the Lion Air Case.Now to Tom's memory issues, which will be soon deliberated upon by the Supreme Court.In mid-2020, Tom still had enough clarity to interview three guests on his podcast.
