Yes, the Birds are in Paris, but this is not a love story.  Well, actually...this is a love story between the reader and creators.  This is a rocking story, Batgirl and the Birds of Prey 18 is.  We have Spyral, Paris, future tech, a connection with other books in the DCU, and the Birds of Prey!   When Huntress is propositioned a case in Paris from Tiger, a player in the Spyral organization, which Huntress used to be apart of before joining the BOP, she recruits the Birds of Prey to come along.  As it happens, Barbara Gordon was in route to the City of Lights for a Tech Talk, and we all know Black Canary is down for whatever, so how can we not love this bottle issue?
