Let the debate begin. Florida State probably put together the best mixture of quantity and quality in the first wave of the Transfer Portal window, but which transfer will make the biggest impact in 2023?
The crew at On The Bench ranks all 9 scholarship transfers in our projected order of impact this season. There are some, um, interesting choices here and it gets a bit heated. 
Regardless, the exercise does reveal that FSU knocked it out of the park in the Portal and should have very strong depth as a result this season.
