Happy Wednesday, Penguins fans! Hunter starts the show by going over some news and notes from today's practice as the Penguins welcomed a couple of players back but also got some bad news on goaltender Tristan Jarry. He goes into Kasperi Kapanen and Josh Archibald practicing and wonders whether one or both will play in these final two games before their bye week or if they'll be rested. He looks at the impact that Archibald could bring to the fourth line and how he looks to be a bit closer to returning than Kapanen. He then looks at how it might not be so bad that Jarry is out until after the All-Star Break as that can give him time to rest up whatever new ailment is bothering him. After that, Hunter shifts to previewing Round 2 of Pens-Caps as the Penguins are set to visit Washington DC for the second and final time on Thursday. He catches up with the Caps as they've fallen off a little bit after their hot streak but that doesn't mean they can't be dangerous. Hunter analyzes what to expect from their top players as Backstrom and Oshie are likely to come back in this one, plus how Alex Ovechkin is continuing to still defy time. He also gives some keys for the Penguins to win this game after they had some great success against them just a few months ago. Finally, Hunter ends the show with a look at a potential trade target for the Penguins as the deadline is creeping up fast.
