Ella Masar never really took a proper break from football after retiring from it as a professional player. She got her UEFA A coaching badges and went to the NWSL to become an assistant coach in Kansas City Current. As a player, she has represented clubs at the highest level in the USA, France, Norway, Sweden and Germany.
