It's a great week. Jessica Kagan of Planepacked stops by to chat about the upcoming album "Transactinides" being released April 8th. Planepacked is a full on assault of Metaltronica and the new album is shaping up to deliver more than ever before. To bridge the gap between 2017's "Critical Mass" and the new album, a standalone single was just released titled "War Song." This song is unique as not only is it the first to feature Jessica on vocals, it also loudly denounces transphobes. Jessica and I unpack the elements of her music, discuss what got her into metaltronica, being a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and a whole lot more.
