Description

For many student pharmacist leaders, the transition from in-person to remote leadership in March 2020 was a jarring experience. From re-planning an organization’s traditions to resolving conflicts through a screen, pharmacy students adapted to new leadership styles and ways to maintain their mental well-being. This podcast episode interviews second, third, and fourth year student pharmacists about their experiences navigating the pandemic as student leaders. Discussion topics include practical ways to organize remote leadership tasks and how to promote resiliency by relying on mentors around you.
