Taj Atwal is an actor best known for playing the role of "Jasminder" in BAFTA Cymru award winning comedy "Stella" aired on Sky1. She has also played a number of guest roles in comedies such as "Miranda" and "In with the Flynn's" as well as featuring in BBC Line Of Duty and upcoming BBC show The Syndicate. 

She spoke to Giles and Jim about taking up singing during lockdown, how she got into acting, ripspeed, cold showers and giving yourself a break.
