Description

Husband and Wife cover 2 Chronicles chapter 3: Solomon Builds the House of the LORD / The Two Pillars. Residual David only makes a brief entry, so perhaps his death is actually final and we can leave him to rest in his grave? According to the Chronicler, Solomon builds All The Things with his own two hands, so we're curious why he needed slaves and craftsmen. Husband learns about columns and capitals, and Wife gets excited about pomegranates. Solomon's feets perform several feats measuring many feets in height. Husband and Wife are two non-believers who have always wanted to read the Bible. Why would we subject ourselves to this you might ask? From our perspective it helps us understand where the Christians around us, here in the Midwest, are coming from when they quote the Bible at us. Husband is basically an Atheist and wife leans Agnostic but mostly Atheist and we're just having some fun at the Bible's expense while learning more about what our neighbors claim we're going to hell over.
