Description
The UK and France have agreed a new deal to try to tackle the number of people crossing the Channel in small boats. UK agents will be working in France for the first time after more than 40,000 people have made the trip so far this year. On the Sky News Daily, Niall Paterson speaks to Sky's Europe correspondent Adam Parsons and producer Sophie Garratt about new and more dangerous tactics being deployed by people smugglers off the Calais coast. And Peter Walsh from Oxford University's Migration Observatory tells Niall why he believes putting more money into the way the UK processes immigration claims could be a better way to tackle the migrant crisis.
