Ramble is the man behind the Instagram page @ride1k_inaday which encourages riders to challenge themselves to travel and ride 1000 miles in 24 hours.  All types of rider and bikes have made the journey, myself included.  Here some stories from the road and get the background behind the page.  The point of the page is to encourage riders to push themselves and get out there and explore some stuff that they normally wouldnt.  The ride 1k in a day is a challenge within itself and some have taken that challenge and added their own challenges.  Hear some stories from the road and some of the plans for the future with ride 1k in a day.  Enjoy this episode!!
