On Thursday, November 6 2003, a customer was met with a grisly scene at a motorcycle dealership called Superbike Motorsports in Chesnee, South Carolina. Owner Scott Ponder, his mother Beverly Guy, store manager Brian Lucas and mechanic Chris Sherbert had all been gunned down in cold blood.
