We start by ranking the candidates, why this is Jim Leonhard's job to lose but why he can actually lose it. I talk a little bit about Matt Rhule and why his NFL failures don't matter to me at all.
I talk about Dave Aranda and why in some ways he makes more sense than Jim Leonhard, he's done a lot of the same defensive coordinator magic, but he's also shown the ability to be a successful head coach and has more recruiting experience than Leonhard.
Finally I talk about Lance Leipold and how much of a negative his age is ? Would it matter ? Why he makes so much sense as the only candidate on the list to have built sustained success as a head coach.
