Description
It's the 100th Kulturecast! Thank you so for much supporting us for the 100 episodes, as a treat to you the listener, we selected a real interesting film. In keeping with the tone of Not-So-Newvember, we talk about the unequivocal mess that is Tim Burton's "re-imagining" of Planet of the Apes. The film stars Marky Mark as Cpt. Leo Davidson, an Air Force captain who just wants his monkey co-pilot back and goes through a plot convenience to find him. He ends up landing on a planet of intelligent apes, where he finds love, violence, and an ape god.As always, you can follow Chris Stachiw on Twitter at @KultureStach, Sean Liang at @Seannifer and Kulture Shocked at @KultureShocked.
