It's another Kulturecast and this week we are knee-deep in our Comic-Book Movie month with two films based on old-school comic-book properties: Richie Rich and Casper. The prevailing theory, popularized by The Simpsons, is that Casper is the ghost of Richie Rich, a fan theory that makes sense when you look at the source material.
