"Investors have only experience the first leg of the bear market as we are just seeing earnings estimates come in. The bond market today does not believe the Federal Reserve pivot narrative and has not all year. Instead of CPI, focus on underlying economic growth, credit spreads, and dollar strength. I could see a pop in markets with inflation cooling, but slow downs are deflationary," says Bryan Lee.
