Today, Locked on Kraken host Erica L. Ayala is joined by Locked on Flames host Jess Belmosto to discuss tonight's preseason game between the Kraken and the Calgary Flames. What did we learn from the first meeting this preseason, other than the Kraken is the better team, lol! Erica & Jess recap the 3-0 Seattle victory and discuss team themes through their first four preseason contests.
In the second frame, Jess & Erica talk about their favorite hockey headlines from across the hockey world, including the debut of the newest NHL mascot, Buoy the Sea Troll. Erica also gets introduced to Harvey the Hound.
Finally, Jess & Erica make score predictions ahead of tonight's puck drop between the Seattle Kraken and Calgary Flames.
NOTE: Locked on Kraken host Erica L. Ayala misspoke. The Seattle Kraken gave up three goals in a 4-3 OT victory to the Vancouver Canucks. Although Erica did correct herself while recording, that part of the squadcast didn't make the final edit of this episode.
