Description
In sixth grade, I came across a book called “Peak Performance” by authors Steve Magness and Brad Stulberg. This book fascinated me. So when the same two authors came out with their next book “The Passion Paradox” I read that too. This book completely transformed the way I thought and was instrumental in me starting this very podcast!
So when the opportunity to interview Brad came up, I was beyond stoked. Brad is a man of many talents. He is one of the best public speakers I’ve ever heard of, one of my favorite authors, and is an excellent human being. While I expected the interview to go well, it exceeded my exceptions. Brad is easily one of the most thoughtful guests I’ve ever had on the show. He is wise beyond his years and knows the science of high-performing individuals at a level that I’m not sure many people can comprehend.
This is one of my favorite podcasts I’ve recorded, but also one in which I personally grew the most. The subjects that Brad dives into are meaningful and helpful in a plethora of subjects. If you were to listen to one podcast this week, I encourage you to carve out 45min of your time to listen to this one. I'm immeasurably confident that you'll be impacted in a positive way by the subjects discussed.
Lastly, give Brad a follow on Instagram. The content he posts daily is invaluable.
