It's simply a fact that children can be annoying. So how do we deal with it? I go over specific techniques you can use to reduce or even eliminate the frustration and irritability you may sometimes be feeling. Whether it's taking care of ourselves first or taking breaks, we all need to learn how to accept our feelings as our own.
