Dr. McIntire attended college at Southern Nazarene University and graduated with a degree in biochemistry. He attended dental school at the University of Oklahoma and completed his medical training and residency in Oral and Maxilofacial Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine where he served as Chief resident.

He is Board certified and a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons, and American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons.
