Description

A new week means a new episode of the Real Life Podcast is here to get your week started while also helping you navigate the world around you. On today’s podcast, the boys looked at a few NHL rumours, Horse Force protecting Connor McDavid's house, and welcomed Scott Hastings from OddsShark to discuss all things sports betting.   To kick off today's podcast, the boys jumped in with a look at Marc-Andre Fleury's agent, Allan Walsh, tweeting out a graphic of his client being stabbed in the back by the Vegas Golden Knights. Somehow Walsh's tweet led the guys into a conversation about whether or not they would be able to act as a player's agent and negotiate a fair deal. From there, they put on their GM's cap to try and figure out if they can swing some deals after Elliotte Friedman speculated that the Oliver Ekman-Larsson may be available in Arizona. Then, as usual, the podcast fell off the rails as the guys started coming up with a bunch of hypothetical scenarios that made very little sense, including surrounding Connor McDavid's house with the Horse Force for security, an Oilers-based mayoral campaign, and what Russian billionaires do on their yacht. Lastly, the guys wrapped up the show by welcoming Scott Hastings from OddsShark to the podcast as he helped to break down the NHL playoffs, the latest betting trends, and the latest news in the world of sports.
