Originally from the United Kingdom, Dr. Garner completed her Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Psychology at the University of Surrey before earning her doctorate in Educational Psychology at The Pennsylvania State University. Her work covers a range of topics pertaining to learning and identity development, particularly in relation to STEM education.
