The current culture proclaims “live for today!” yet Scripture declares the opposite and says our priority is eternal: “For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Matthew 16:26). We as Christians must be willing to exchange the pursuit of the world for the epic adventure of willingly laying down our lives for the purpose of the King and His Kingdom. You have an invitation to count the cost and enter the cave of suffering—to join His band of mighties, to embrace hardship and difficulty, and experience the privilege of being where He is.
