He is passionate about finding innovative solutions to operational problems and mentoring young professionals.The Ugandan-born immigrant shares his struggles of migrating to Canada as a little boy with his family under the Red Cross protection agency in the midst of civil unrest.Arriving in Canada and having to grow up with racism at its peak at the time, Nizar was determined to be ambitious after being granted entry into a foreign country.
