Next, we focus on the lower minors talking about names that were outside the top ten prospects to start the year but have to be under consideration for the top 20 now. There is another wave of pitchers that have gained velocity since the Guardians drafted and signed them.

We end with a 16-pick Mock Draft for the 2022 MLB Draft. I ignore the rooms and focus on the previous history and data to try and figure out what the teams in front of the Guardians might do, and what the Guardians will do with the 16th pick.
