We do another live jump-in to talk about the Cleveland Guardians facing the Cincinnati Reds. The Guardians are losing this one, but it is the Reds they should find a way to win it. Also, stop freaking sliding into first base.

It’s time for the Wednesday wrap-up, so we get into some draft talk while also following this game in the 9th inning. We talk about the players at the top, the clear tier of talent that exists to me. We also have some University of Tennessee talk, while I explain why it is that I am in the minority for preferring Drew Gilbert as the top draft prospect. We also talk about Logan Allen being released again and JC Mejia being suspended for 80 games.

The Owen Miller home run set us up for disappointment. The Guardians make the interesting choice to bring in the reliever with the worst control on the entire team to pitch when you have a runner on second in extra innings.
