Prospect rankings are coming out. We discuss what might surprise some with Keith Law of the Athletics top 100. We talk Brayan Rocchio, Jose Tena, Steve Kwan, Ty Freeman, George Valera, and more. 

We continue to look at the CBA plans that both sides are presenting. We are focused on the draft today. It is clear both sides agree draft pick compensation will end. This is good for the Guardians who have lost two picks and gained just one. The other clear change is a draft lottery is coming, which is also a bonus for the Guardians.

Then we dig into the MLBPA plan for the draft, one which would massively benefit the Guardians. Over the past several years, they would have had several bonus picks, and the system also sets up to heavily help those small-market teams that are competitive every year. It is unlikely to happen, but Guardians fans should 100% want the plan the MLBPA has proposed.
